Founded on research and experience emphasizing on lifestyle change, the program is focused on eating your foods in moderation, increasing physical activity, nutritional knowledge, accountability, and wellness support ensuring weight loss of 2-5 lbs per week.



The program includes a 4-day workout schedule with physical activity such as yoga, pilates, circuit training, Zumba and or 10,000 step hike, we recommend a minimum of 3 classes per week. Day to day physical activity and exercise can be as simple as a 30 mins stroll or a brisk walk daily.
