Weight Loss Coaching

  • Once you have decided Daily Intake is the right place to begin your weight loss journey,  your coach will contact you via telephone to make arrangements for your one hour consultation, where your weight loss coach will ask a variety of health and lifestyle questions,  to determine health status, fitness level, weight loss goals, additional explanation on your program and also to get better acquainted.  
  • You will work together to create lifestyle changes that lead to healthy results, which includes meal plans and fitness plans. Researchers suggest that focusing on lifestyle changes leads to a 90% success rate.  
  • A 30-minute once per week phone call or in-person visit from you coach is where you will discuss your week successes, roadblocks, and setbacks.  You will focus on nutritional habits, wellness, and physical activities to ensure weight loss success.
  • The continuous support of your coach is available to you throughout the week by email, messenger, or Skype. Your weight loss coach will support and motivation to ensure weight loss goals are met.
